This website, miravex.net, is operated by Miravex s.r.o LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Miravex s.r.o LLC is the data controller for the information described below.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the information we collect through this website. It does not cover information we handle while working on a client engagement. That is governed by the contract with the client.

Information you give us

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we ask for:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your role
• Your email address
• Your phone number, which is optional
• Your country
• The number of sites you operate
• The approximate number of people working on your warehouse floor
• A description of what is happening in your operation
• Why it matters now

The last two fields are free text. You choose what to write there. Please do not send confidential client information, personal data about your employees, or contract documents through the form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us that in the form and we will agree on a suitable way to receive it.

Email

If you write to info@miravex.net, we hold your message and your email address.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server log data when a page is requested. This includes the IP address of the device making the request, the type of browser and operating system, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request. We use this to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or embedded third-party services on this website.

The site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, such as maintaining a session or protecting a form against automated abuse. Cookies of this kind do not require your consent, which is why you will not see a consent banner.

If we add analytics or any other non-essential technology in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before those technologies run.

• Legitimate interests, where you contact us about a possible engagement and we reply. Our interest is in responding to business enquiries and running the company. We have considered your interests and consider a reply to your own enquiry to be expected.

• Legal obligation, where we need to keep records for accounting or tax purposes.

Who else sees your information

We use service providers to run the website and our email. These may include a website hosting provider, a form handling service, an email provider, and accounting or professional advisers. They handle your information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We will disclose information where the law requires it, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.

Our current service providers have not all been selected at the time of writing. When the site goes live, this section will name them or describe them precisely.

Where your information is held

Miravex s.r.o LLC is registered in the United States and works with clients in Europe and the United Kingdom. Your information may therefore be stored or accessed outside the country you live in, including in the United States.

Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.

How long we keep it

• Contact form enquiries and emails: up to 24 months from our last exchange, unless the enquiry becomes a client engagement, in which case the retention terms in the client contract apply.
• Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider, which is normally a few months.
• Records we must keep for accounting or tax reasons: for the period the law requires.

We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This website is aimed at people working in logistics businesses. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16.
