Our commitment
Miravex wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or rely on high contrast.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities.
Current status: partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
"Partially conformant" means most of the site meets the standard, and some parts have not yet been checked thoroughly enough for us to claim more than that.
What we have done
- Text can be resized without breaking the layout. Type and spacing scale with the width of the page rather than sitting at fixed sizes.
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard, including the navigation dropdown and the mobile menu. Both can be opened, closed with the Escape key, and left without trapping focus.
- A skip link lets keyboard users jump straight to the main content.
- Focus is always visible. Any element you reach by keyboard shows a clear outline.
- Photographs are decorative and are hidden from screen readers. The one photograph that carries meaning, the portrait of the founder, has a text alternative.
- Each page has one main heading and the heading levels run in order, without skipping.
- Body text is at least 4.5:1 against its background, and the lighter text used on dark bands was checked against the same threshold.
- Every form field has a label that a screen reader can read.
- The site respects the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system.
Known issues
We are listing these plainly rather than claiming a clean result:
- The site has not been tested with assistive technology. We have not yet run it with a screen reader, and no independent accessibility specialist has audited it. Until that happens we cannot claim full conformance.
- Form errors are not explained on the page. If the contact form is submitted with something missing, you are returned to the form without a visible message saying what went wrong. We intend to fix this.
- The contact form uses a third-party anti-spam widget from Cloudflare. Its behavior is outside our control, and we have not verified it against the guidelines ourselves.
How the site was tested
Last checked on July 30, 2026, by the team that built the site. This was a developer review, not an independent audit. It covered:
- Automated checks on the published pages for heading order, a single main heading per page, and links and in-page anchors that resolve.
- Manual keyboard testing of the navigation, the dropdown, and the mobile menu in a desktop browser.
- Contrast calculated from the colors used in the design rather than sampled from screenshots.
- Layout checked from 375 to 1920 pixels wide for text that overflows or forces sideways scrolling.
Testing with screen readers, across a range of browsers and assistive technology, and by someone independent of the build, has not been done yet. When it is, we will update this page with what was found and what we changed.

We will do our best to reply within five working days and to give you the information you were trying to reach in a form you can use.
Formal complaints
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and you are not satisfied with our response, write to us again at info@miravex.net and say that you want to escalate the matter. Include what you asked for, what we said, and why the answer did not work for you.
